doinGlobal presents PM4R Expert Certificate Management for Development Projects, the most advanced International Program on Management in Development Projects, certified by the INTER-AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK (IDB), Washington D.C. (USA).
Based on the PROJECT MANAGEMENT FOR RESULTS (PM4R) Methodology, the program falls within the framework of the collaboration agreement that both institutions carry out with the aim of improving the quality and results of Development and Social Impact Projects in Latin America and The Caribbean.
The approach is entirely practical, based on concrete projects and activities for it to be applied in team work. The program is the highest level proposal in Management of Development and Social Impact Projects, certified by the IDB.

VISION
Over 70% of investment projects in Latin America and the Caribbean face time delays along their implementation, which causes an increase of between 30% and 70% in execution time. Since most of these projects supply essential services to marginalized populations (water, sanitation network, transport, health, etc.), these time delays represent a huge cost of opportunity for a country.
PM4R Expert Certificate presents concepts and tools that can be applied to generate a substantial change, reaching set goals with the available resources.
PORPOSE
This certification aims to provide an articulated training of methodological tools, knowledge, concepts and procedures related to the management of development and social impact projects within international standards. The program strengthens leadership, the human component that drives projects and work teams, facilitating their interrelation and the dynamic communication required at the highest level of professional management.
